1. All Purchases Are Final

All payments made to the clinic are final and non‑refundable. Once a purchase is completed—whether for treatments, services, home protocols, or laboratory testing—no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Home Protocols (Medications, Peptides, Supplements)

Home protocol orders are processed immediately once payment is received. Because these items are patient‑specific, prepared or allocated solely for your use, and cannot be returned or reassigned:

• No cancellations, refunds, or modifications are permitted after the order is placed.

• You acknowledge that these products cannot be reused for any other patient and therefore remain non‑refundable regardless of treatment changes, delays, or discontinuation.

3. Laboratory Testing

All laboratory tests—including kits, panels, and patient‑specific diagnostic services—are non‑refundable.

• Lab tests are ordered per individual patient, and once the order is placed, the lab allocates resources specifically for that patient.

• Once lab kits are shipped, they are non‑refundable, even if the patient decides not to complete or run the tests after receiving them.

• Patients are expected to complete all laboratory testing within 30 days of receiving their kits.

• The purchase price of laboratory tests does not include follow‑up appointments, lab reviews, or interpretation of results. These services, if needed, are billed separately.

4. Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to this All Sales Final policy, including the non‑refundable nature of home protocols and patient‑specific laboratory testing.

Lost Packages or Wrong Deliveries

BodyScience shall not be held responsible for any lost packages or incorrect deliveries once the items have been dispatched from our facilities. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and safety of all deliveries, we cannot guarantee the actions of third‑party delivery services or unforeseen circumstances that may lead to such occurrences.

Customers are encouraged to provide accurate delivery information at the time of purchase to minimize the risk of misdelivery. In the event of a lost package or incorrect delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating the package or rectifying the situation. However, BodyScience will not be liable for any associated damages or losses.

Customers are urged to contact the carrier company promptly upon noticing any issues with their delivery. Carrier contact information is typically available on the shipping notification or through their official website.

No Internet Sales Policy

CUSTOMER SHALL NOT RESELL, SELL, MAKE ANY REFERENCE TO PRICES/PRICING OR DISTRIBUTE ANY OF THE PRODUCTS USING THE INTERNET, ANY INTERNET SITE OR ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC MEDIUM OR DEVICE. CUSTOMER WILL NOT SUPPLY PRODUCTS TO ANY RE‑SELLERS OR RETAILERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO AMAZON.COM AND EBAY.COM.

BIOMEIQ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE SALES TO CUSTOMER AT ANY TIME. BIOMEIQ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ENFORCE ITS STATUTORY RIGHTS TO RECOVER DAMAGES AGAINST CUSTOMER FOR TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT.

Shipping Address Validation & International Shipping

bodyscience will make every effort to validate your shipping address and provide recommended substitutions. If the shipping vendor determines the address is undeliverable or requires correction, you agree to pay an $18 fee for address corrections and/or package rerouting.

International shipping is done at the customer’s risk. Once an order has shipped, bodyscience is no longer responsible for that order. If an order is denied entry by customs, no refund will be issued for the order amount or any shipping fees. Products denied entry are destroyed by local authorities and are not returned.
